I don't know who worked at Subway Lohne today, but the employees have to learn to read and work properly with online orders. That can't be the wrong way to get an online order an hour later. Too bad ???

My brothers went to eat there and both had to be picked up by ambulance the next day and they also got an infusion in the hospital. How can you sell a rotten chicken breast?

Had a meal there with a colleague, a day later we both had food poisoning and even had to be taken to the hospital. Avoid this shop if you want to stay healthy !!!

Friendly, quick service. Had tried the veggie Terryak take away. Isn't quite my taste when it comes to this mass with the meat behind it. I thought the veggie cheese was okay, the salad ingredients and my favorite oregano bread anyway.

It is well known that ordering here for the first time is not easy. But that is precisely when you are not taken by the hand by the employees but only get grumpy answers, I think under all hell. I know enough people who don't eat here because they're afraid to order and don't want to complain. Furthermore, I occasionally received food that was not properly warmed up and disturbing young people who sometimes even consume alcohol in the restaurant are simply tolerated by the employees. Even after asking them several times, the employees were simply intimidated by the young people. The food itself and the premises are really good. Only because of the above-mentioned experiences I don't like coming back.

Food great. Service could be friendlier and in 2020 one of the largest fast food chains should be able to pay by credit card or Apple Pay !!!!

Employees of 2 customers are overwhelmed, do not speak German, have to be told 4 times what you want to eat ..... And best of all: the lady at the checkout does not manage to type a bill properly. I was charged more than 2 euros too much for things that I did not order !? I am more than served! Ps. You should at least pay attention to cleanliness in a restaurant instead of massacring the groceries of paying customers with dirty hands
